We will learn what biblical leadership means, rooted in integrity, perseverance, and healthy spiritual character.
Discerning God’s will
We’ll explore practical ways to hear God’s voice through Scripture, and applying biblical principles in decision-making.
Team mentoring
Participants will understand the importance of mentoring relationships and how to invest in and support others within a team.
Team leadership
We will learn how to build healthy teams, communicate clearly, and encourage growth in every team member.
PRACTICAL SESSIONS
Through practical activities, interactive discussions, and dedicated times of reflection and prayer, students are encouraged to grow both personally and spiritually.
